March through to June is around 28/29 degrees celcius.
Whereas the rest of the year is around 26/27 degrees celcius.
What does vary greatly in Phuket is rainfall, therefore you should plan your holiday around the less rainy months.
Rainfall is highest around September & October, and then again in May. Rainfall is lowest around December through to March. April is ok also.
From this i'd suggest you go there around March or April to get the best of Phuket's weather. =)
About now. Why don't you do some research yourself?
I think it hot all year round in Phuket. But from April to May is the time when Thailand is closest to the Sun, so you figure it out.
