Accomodation in Thailand, Koh Phi Phi, Koh Phangan, & Phuket?

Can anyone recommend some good places to stay in Koh phi phi, koh phangan & phuket for over Christmas NYE... Either budget, or spending a bit more for air con, etc... maybe a pool. Thankyou
